- The global formapplies to all services by default.
- If a service-level formis set, it will be used when that single service is booked.
- When multiple services are booked together, theglobal formis always used.

Enhanced Free Slots for Connected Services
We’ve improved how free slots are calculated when booking
multiple services in one appointment
.Previously
- Availability required the start time of each subsequent service to align with the fixed service interval.
- If the end of Service 1 didn’t exactly match the interval-based start of Service 2, the slot wasn’t shown as available.
Now
- Only the start time of the first servicemust align to the service interval.
- Following services start immediatelyafter the previous one ends.
- Different durations and add-on times no longer need to fit interval multiples.
- A slot is offered if staff are available for the total combined durationof all selected services.
Benefits
- More bookable slots shown to customers.
- Less configuration of interval/duration “multiples.”
- Smoother booking experience for both staff and clients.
