How to Use This Feature:
Step: 1 Set Up WhatsApp Integration:
- Go to Settings ā WhatsApp, authenticate your WhatsApp Business number, and subscribe if not already subscribed.
- Test the connection to ensure successful messaging.
Step 2: Create Your Template:
- Navigate to Reputation ā Settings ā Review Request WhatsApp.
- Customise your message template with dynamic placeholders and call-to-action links.
- Submit for Meta approval (takes ~1-2 minutes).


Send Review Requests:
- Single Requests: Send to individual customers from the Reviews section.

- Bulk Requests: Upload a customer list (CSV format), map the fields, and send in bulk.

- Workflow Automation: Use workflows to automatically trigger WhatsApp review requests based on specific events (e.g., post-purchase).
