How to Use This Feature:
Step: 1 Set Up WhatsApp Integration:
  • Go to Settings → WhatsApp, authenticate your WhatsApp Business number, and subscribe if not already subscribed.
  • Test the connection to ensure successful messaging.
Step 2: Create Your Template:
  • Navigate to Reputation → Settings → Review Request WhatsApp.
  • Customise your message template with dynamic placeholders and call-to-action links.
  • Submit for Meta approval (takes ~1-2 minutes).
