Select Whatsapp Number in Customer Replied Trigger
What's New ?
- The ability to trigger workflows based on the specific Whatsapp Numbers
How to use?
- Select the "Customer Replied" Trigger
- Add the "Reply Channel" filter and select "Whatsapp"
- Add the "Whatsapp Number" filter.
- All the numbers will be visible in the dropdown to select from.
Point to be Noted
- If the "Whatsapp Number" filter is not selected then the workflow will trigger for all numbers.
