SaaS Mode
SaaS Configurator Changes are now available in Agency Audit logs
From today onwards, SaaS Configurator changes are logged in Agency level audit logs. This makes it easier for SaaS agencies to keep a track of what changes were made to their SaaS offers, when and by whom.
An Example
In this example I will be changing the pricing, trial days, credits & snapshots of my SaaS offer.


As you may notice, all 3 SaaS Plans have been modified.
This will create 3 logs in the Agency Audit Logs that can be found in agency view -> settings -> audit logs with
category = SaaS
and action = updated

These logs will help you answer
- When was your SaaS Offer changed
- Who changed your SaaS Offer
- What was changed in your SaaS Offer


This will enable our agencies to debug many SaaS issues themselves and not have to reach out to our support teams.
This will also enable our support teams to resolve issues faster and have more visibility into the changes.
It is our hope that this will make the SaaS system more auditable and provide easier troubleshooting for our agencies.
