Restrict coupons usage to once per customer

Business users would now be able to restrict the coupon code usage to only once per customer
The option is available as a checkbox of
Limit to one use per customer
while coupon creation as well as for existing coupons
Enabling the option would not allow redemption of the coupon more than once for the same customer.
The check is disabled by default for newly created as well as existing coupons
