Resolved - Rename Tag Issues in workflow

Previous Behaviour

Previously, renaming a tag from the "Tags" section caused the tag to be removed from workflows and triggering any associated workflows with a "Removed Tag" filter.

What's New

With this update, renaming tags from the "Tags" section will seamlessly update the tag in workflows without triggering any associated workflows for tag changes.

Tag a 1.0 is added in the action

Tag is edited from the "Tags" section to tag a 1.1

The tag is updated in the action.
