What's New?
We’ve introduced a
tag
that allows users to easily identify
rescheduled appointments
. Whenever an appointment is rescheduled, a
"Rescheduled" tag
will appear in both the appointment
list view
and the appointment
modal
. The previous date and time of the appointment will also be displayed in the modal, helping users
stay informed
and take any necessary actions.
Key Updates
Rescheduled Tag:
The appointment list view and modal now highlight rescheduled appointments.
Appointment Data:
A new
"is rescheduled"
field has been added to the appointment data. This will be used to:
  • Highlight Rescheduled Appointments
    : Ensure appointments that have been rescheduled are clearly identified in the system.
  • Support Reporting:
    Enable users to track and analyze the number of rescheduled appointments. (Coming Soon)
  • Assist Workflow Automations:
    Help users to configure "if/else" condition for rescheduled appointments. (Coming Soon)
