Managing your Phone System settings should feel easy, not like a scavenger hunt. Thatās why weāre introducing a brand-new navigation experience that organizes everything from numbers to voice and messaging into
clear, intuitive sections.
This redesigned experience is now available as a
beta release via Labs
, so you can try it out, move faster, and help us shape the future of Phone System management.š Whatās New?
Hereās the new tab structure youāll see in the Phone System section:
- Phone Numbers-All things related to number management, configuration, and caller ID
- Regulatory Bundles- Manage bundle creation, address submissions, and status tracking
- Messaging- Set up opt-out rules, messaging limits, analytics, and compliance tools
- Voice- Configure inbound and outbound call settings, recordings, textbacks, and more
- Trust Center- Handle brand registration, A2P campaigns, CNAM, SHAKEN/STIR, and voice identity
- Additional Settings- Advanced features like number intelligence and telephony provider setup
Each section now has clearly grouped sub-tabs that keep related settings together so whether youāre onboarding a new client or configuring something complex, it just makes sense.
š§Ŗ How to Enable the Beta Layout
- You can enable the new experience from your Labs settings:
- Go to Labs ā Subaccount ā Enable āNew Navigation for Phone System Settingsā
- Once enabled, the updated layout will be live for that subaccount.
