Rebilling Statuses in Agency Settings

Many agencies had given us feedback to show statuses on the Agency Phone Settings page & Agency Email settings page so it is easier to audit the rebilling status of all clients in one glance. 
We have introduced this ease of life update today. Sharing some examples. 
Phone Rebilling icons
By going to Agency View -> Settings -> Phone System - Twilio agency admins & users will be able to see the following icons & tooltips
Email Rebilling icons
By going to Agency view -> Settings -> Email Services agency admins & agency users will be able to see the following icons & tooltips
