Realtime billing for phone numbers with additional optimizations
Effective 1st September, all
phone numbers bought from the system will be charged instantly
for the account which is on LeadConnector.(previously we had to wait for the Telephony system to inform us). Additional New Features
- Daily billing is introduced for product usage categories(Carrier charges, AMD, Lookups, Recordings, Conference and Transcription). [Only applicable for LC accounts]
- Detailed info for phone number charges on the billing transaction page. [Only applicable for LC accounts]
- This will also make SaaS Re-billingmore robust for agencies who use LC Phone instead of Twilio

Feature Enhancements and Optimizations
- A2P status update, Messaging Service creation and linking to numbers frequency updated from every 10 hours to every 30 minutes. [Only applicable for LC accounts]
- Billing Processing: Increased batch size processing for pending charges from 500 to 700(agency) and 100 to 250(location) per minute. This should increase the rebilling speed when bulk actions are scheduled.
Bug Fixes
- Regulatory bundle email picking up deleted agency admins email too. Fixed, only active admins will receive email. [Only applicable for LC accounts]
- Error and Opt-out Rate: For very edge cases, multiple restriction emails were being triggered from the system. This is resolved now, only one email will be triggered. [Only applicable for LC accounts]
- Billing: In very edge cases, after processing all the usage transactions, billing was not happening. This is fixed now.
