✨ What’s New:
When reactivating a previously canceled subscription, users now see a plan modification modal that allows them to choose a lower-tier plan instead of being locked into their previous one.

On the reactivation screen, click ā€œModify Subscriptionā€
Select ā€œDowngrade Planā€
Choose your desired plan from the list
Provide a reason for downgrading (optional but helpful)
Confirm, and you're reactivated — instantly!

We’re bringing these features into the same in-app flow to simplify account reactivation further.
🧠 Handling Downgrade Exceptions
If a user isn’t eligible for downgrade (e.g., due to SaaS mode being enabled or having too many locations), we currently direct them to support.
We’ll closely monitor ticket volume related to these cases post-release and plan for advanced downgrade logic if needed.
