Process payments for calendar appointment bookings using Authorize.net

Ability to accept payment before booking a calendar appointment 
Available in Labs in your live app. Turn the toggle ON to see the option to connect on the Integrations page
Check the box to Use Payment
 in the specific calendar settings to allow customers to pay the specified amount while booking an appointment
Track all payments made under Payments -> Transactions
Users can accept payments using Stripe or Authorize.net
