Private File Upload Support in Media Storage
You can now securely upload and manage private files alongside your public ones.

What’s New?
- Private Files:
- Upload files as private to ensure sensitive data is securely stored.
- Private files are marked with a lock icon thumbnail for easy identification.
- Access options include Download and Copy Private Link. Private Links are valid for 10 minutes, enhancing security.
- Users will be able to delete private files and folders .
- Media Storage Modes:Depending upon the property sent by the app/product which requires media storage to open up
- All:View both public and private files.
- Public:Access only public files.
- Private:Browse private files with options to download or copy a private link.
NOTE:
Some of the features/products of Highlevel require private files (for example Digital payments compulsory requires private files)For now, natively private files feature in media storage can't be used - It requires the feature which wants to use private files to pass a parameter when opening media storage. If you open the media storage from such a feature, then one can use/upload private files

We’re working on allowing files to be moved between private and public statuses for greater flexibility.
