Until now, we only supported single-location transfers, requiring agency owners to raise support tickets for bulk transfers. We’re excited to introduce Bulk Location Transfer, making it easier than ever to move multiple subaccounts at once!
What’s New?
  • Select & Transfer Multiple Subaccounts: Agency owners can now transfer multiple subaccounts to another agency by providing the receiving agency's relationship number.
  • Flexible Selection Options: Choose subaccounts one by one, use the 'Select All' option, or provide a list of comma-separated location IDs.
  • New 'Subaccount Transfer' Menu: A dedicated menu in the Subaccounts page to initiate, track, and manage all transfers and ejections in one place.
  • Enhanced Tracking Screen:
  1. Receiving Agency Owner can accept or reject all transfers at once.
  2. Sending Agency can monitor the status of each transferred subaccount.
