What's New?
  1. 11 new Appointment Service widgets covering revenue, coupon performance, staff rankings, and location-level insights — all available directly in the dashboard and custom reports.
  2. 11 new Rentals widgets for tracking rental revenue, inventory status, deposit collection, and booking lifecycle (upcoming, active, overdue, unconfirmed).
  3. Appointment Count by Service and Appointment Count by Service Category are now consolidated under the Services sub-module for easier navigation.
Note: Appointment count now reflects meetings only — Previously, dashboard’s appointment count widgets in the Meetings module included both meeting and service bookings. They now show meeting appointments only. Service and rental booking counts have their own dedicated widgets under the Services sub-module.

How It Works:
  1. In Agency view, head to Sub Account Settings → Calendar Settings to enable Services and Rentals.
  2. Navigate to sub-account's Dashboard or Custom Reports builder.
  3. Find all 37 widgets including the two newly relocated Appointment Count widgets in Widgets => Appointments module.
  4. Add Service/Rentals widgets from the Appointments module to monitor inventory and booking health.
