SaaS Mode
More Control Over What Your Sub-Accounts Can See
What's New
You can now control access to 80+ features across the platform — up from around 30-35 — giving you far more complete control over what your sub-accounts (clients) see.
Feature permissions are now organized into a clear three-level structure: Category > Module > Feature. Instead of scrolling through one long, flat list, you can manage access at whatever level makes sense — an entire module at once, or an individual feature within it.
This new structure is reflected everywhere you configure permissions: on a sub-account directly, on a SaaS plan (available on Pro plans), and when selecting or managing a plan for a client.
Why It Matters
If you whitelabel HighLevel for your clients, you need to be sure that when you turn a feature off, it's actually off — and that you can find the setting you're looking for without hunting through a long list. This update delivers both: broader coverage across the platform, an organized hierarchy that's easy to navigate, and more reliable enforcement so toggled-off features stay hidden from your sub-accounts.
Notes
- Your existing permission settings have been carried over automatically — no sub-account or SaaS plan loses access to a feature it already had.
- SaaS plan–level permission configuration is available to agencies on Pro plans. Sub-account–level configuration is available to all agencies.
Coming Soon
- Bulk actions for managing permissions across sub-accounts, expected next week.
