Until now, if you were logged into one sub-account, calls to your other sub-accounts wouldnāt reach you, which meant delayed responses, missed opportunities, and juggling logins during busy days.With Multi-Location Incoming Calls, you can opt in to receive calls from
up to 10 locations
on your phone, no matter which sub-account youāre currently using. The incoming call screen clearly shows which location
the call is for, and you can switch to that location on the spot
to take notes, update records, and keep workflows moving, all without losing the call.š Whatās New

š§ How It Works
š² Enable Multi-Location Ringing (Mobile)
- Go to Settings ā Calls/Voicein the mobile app.
- Turn on Multi-Location Incoming Calls.
- Select up to 10 locationsyou want to receive calls from (you must be a member of these locations).
- Thatās it, when a call comes in to any selected location, your phone will ring even if youāre active in a different sub-account.
- On the incoming call screen, youāll see thelocation name. TapSwitch Location(during the call) to jump into that location to access contacts, notes, pipelines, and other CRM actions.
- After the call, complete call logging and follow-upsin the correct location context.
