Low Balance warning for SaaS clients (sub-account users)
Low Balance Warning
When the wallet balance (messaging credits) for a SaaS location goes below threshold and if we are unable to charge the client's card, users will be able to see the following warning on the location's (sub-account) dashboard.
After clicking the
resolve
button users will be redirected to Company Billing page where they can add credits manually or change the payment method to fix any issues. $0 Balance Warning
When the wallet balance (messaging credits) for a SaaS location is less than or equal to $0 and if we are unable to charge the client's card
- All outgoing communication like SMS, email, etc will be stopped to protect our agencies from cost over-runs.
- The following warning will be visible to all users on the location's (sub-account) dashboard.
