🌟 Introducing the New Role - Agency Owner!

👋 Hey there! We've got some exciting news to share with you! Say hello to ! 🏢

We're here to designate the primary user (owner) of the account and ensure that all important communications and actions flow through them. Let the account owner take the lead and conquer new horizons!

1️⃣ For new agency accounts, the first user who gets added to an account will be mapped with the owner role.

2️⃣ For existing agencies, we have identified the first user added to the account & made them an agency owner.

3️⃣ The agency owner has the privilege to transfer ownership to another user (type: agency admin). Only agency owners can see this option.

4️⃣ Agency admins cannot edit or delete the user with an agency owner role.

5️⃣ An agency owner cannot be deleted without transferring ownership to another user.

6️⃣ Agency owners cannot reduce their role to an admin or user without transferring ownership.

7️⃣ Currently, the agency owner role has similar access to the agency admin role.
