Weāve introduced in-app cancellation for reselling subscriptions, empowering agencies and sub-account users to manage their active plans directly from the Sub-account Billing section ā without needing agency-level access.

- Cancel Subscriptions In-App: Subaccount users can now cancel active subscriptions directly via Settings ā Billing ā Subscriptions.
- View Subscription Details: Access full details including plan type, purchase type, billing cycle, and subscription status.
- Unified Unsubscribe Modal: A consistent, simplified cancellation flow across all products within a sub-account.
š§ How to Use
- Navigate to Settings ā Billing ā Subscriptions in your sub-account.
- Locate the subscription you want to manage.
- Click the three-dot menu ā View Subscription.
- Review details or cancel directly from the same screen.

Previously, only agency users could cancel subscriptions. With this update, subaccount users gain full visibility and control over their plans ā improving transparency, efficiency, and user autonomy in managing billing actions.
