Overview:
HighLevel now supports
Multiple Ad Groups in Google Ads campaigns
. This highly requested enhancement enables advertisers to structure campaigns with more flexibility, allowing up to 10 ad groups per campaign and up to 3 ads per ad group
- empowering better targeting, experimentation, and performance tracking.👀 What's New?
- You can now add up to 10 ad groupsin a single Google Ads campaign, instead of being limited to just one.
- Each ad group supports up to 3 ads, enabling structured A/B testing directly inside the campaign flow.
- A dedicated ad group configuration layerhas been introduced, where you can input a base website URL and generate keyword suggestions based on it.
- Users can now choose keyword match types(phrase, exact, or broad) for more precise targeting.
- The campaign creation flow has been restructured into three clearly defined levels: Campaign > Ad Group > Ad, making the process more intuitive and modular.
- You can now duplicate, delete, or addad groups and ads using theellipsis (⋮)menu during setup.
- A new “Review” screenlets you toggle between campaign elements before publishing, giving you a comprehensive preview of all configurations.
- Reporting has been significantly enhanced - you can now track performance metricsnot only at the campaign level, but alsofor each ad group, each ad, and even individual keywords.
- All ads within the same ad group must share a common base URL, which is now set at the ad group level - this maintains consistency while still allowing for unique display paths.
- These changes lay the foundation for future enhancements, like multiple ad sets in Meta Ads and AI-powered optimisation.
👷 How to Use?
- Create a new campaign from scratch or use a template.
- At the Campaign level, set your bid strategy, daily budget, and audience/network preferences.


- At the Ad Group level, enter a website URL to generate keyword suggestions or manually add keywords with desired match types.

- At the Ad level, configure creative elements including up to 15 headlines, 4 descriptions, and the display URL.

- Use the ellipsis iconto manage ad groups or ads -duplicate, delete, or addas needed.



- Publish the campaign and access granular performance insightsfrom the Ad Manager Statistics screen.

- Check the campaign performanceon the statistics screen.
- Click on the campaign name to see the stats on various ad groups, ads and keywordswhich are part of that campaign.
