Overview
Events is now available in Labs for all agencies.
Until now, access to Events was being rolled out manually ā agencies had to reach out with a Location ID to enable the beta.
That changes today.
Agencies can now discover Events directly in Labs, decide which sub-accounts should have access, and start testing the complete Events platform without requesting access from our team.
What is Events?
Events brings the complete event lifecycle into HighLevel ā from creating and promoting an event to selling tickets, managing attendees, checking people in, and automating what happens before and after the event.
Businesses can use Events for conferences, workshops, webinars, meetups, classes, online events, hybrid experiences, and more.

Ticketing & Registration
Create multiple free and paid ticket types with pricing, inventory, and sales windows.
Run promotions using coupon codes and add-ons.
Collect information for every attendee in multi-ticket registrations.
Manually add attendees and record or collect payments on their behalf.
QR Tickets & Check-in
Automatically issue QR-code tickets after registration.
Scan tickets and check attendees in using the HighLevel mobile app.
Track attendance, live check-in activity, and staff performance from the event dashboard.
Events + Workflows
Trigger automations when attendees register or check in.
Build workflow branches using event, ticket, and check-in information.
Wait until, before, or after an event date to automate timed communication.
Build confirmations, reminders, post-event follow-ups, nurture campaigns, and CRM journeys using HighLevel Workflows.
Enable Events from Labs
Agency admins now have full control over the rollout.
Go to:
Agency Settings ā Labs ā Sub-Account ā Events
From there, agencies can:
- Enable Events for all sub-accounts or selected sub-accounts.
- Control whether Events is visible inside Labs of individual sub-accounts.
- Enable or disable access without contacting our team.
- Roll Events out gradually across their client base.

This is the next step in opening Events to the broader HighLevel ecosystem.
We are still in Beta, and this is the right time for feedback.
