Easier process to add 2FA for Client Portal branded app
Overview:
We’re introducing a self-serve (DIY) 2FA admin-addition flow that replaces the high-touch “Book Your 2FA slot” requirement for agency sub-accounts. This update reduces onboarding friction, speeds up activation, and still keeps Account Specialists in the loop for trust, guidance, and escalation.
What’s new
- New onboarding step & modal: Brief explainer of why adding your Account Specialist matters (security, support), with the pre-filled email.
- Added video walkthroughs in the flow to guide customers step by step on how to add their Account Specialist as an admin on Apple and Google developer accounts.
- Enhanced the branded app builder steps for easier navigation and helpful CTAs and FAQ support doc links.
