Discover Marketplace Apps with Ask AI

Overview:

We’ve integrated the HighLevel App Marketplace with Ask AI, making it easier for users to discover the right apps without having to manually browse or search through the Marketplace.

Users can now simply describe what they are looking for in Ask AI—such as “Is there any IDX integration or real estate integration available?”—and Ask AI will understand the requirement and recommend relevant Marketplace apps directly within the conversation.

1. AI-Powered App Discovery

Users can ask Ask AI for apps or integrations using natural language.
Ask AI understands the user's intent and searches the Marketplace for relevant apps.
Users don't need to know the exact app name or Marketplace category to find the right solution.

2. Relevant Marketplace Recommendations

Ask AI surfaces the top relevant Marketplace apps based on the user's request.
Recommendations include key information such as the app name, category, description, and relevant capabilities.
Users can click View Details on a recommendation to explore the app further.
If users want additional options, they can select Show more apps in Marketplace to continue exploring.

3. Agency Controls for Ask AI Discoverability

Agencies remain in control of whether Marketplace apps can be discovered by their sub-accounts through Ask AI.
Under App Marketplace → Settings → Marketplace Visibility, agencies can configure Ask AI Discoverability for sub-account users.
When enabled, sub-account users can discover Marketplace apps through Ask AI.
When disabled, Marketplace app recommendations will not be surfaced to sub-account users through Ask AI.

These controls apply to sub-account admins only; agency admins continue to have access to Marketplace discovery.

How to Use It?

Open Ask AI.
Describe the app, integration, or business capability you're looking for—for example, “Is there any IDX integration or real estate integration available?”
Ask AI will identify relevant apps and display the top Marketplace recommendations.
Click View Details to explore a recommended app.
Click Show more apps in Marketplace to browse additional relevant options.

Key Points to Note:

Marketplace discovery now becomes available where users are already asking Ask AI for solutions, reducing the need to manually navigate and search the Marketplace.
Users can discover apps based on their business need or use case, even when they don't know which app or integration they need.
Agency admins can control Ask AI Discoverability for their sub-accounts from Marketplace Settings.
Existing Marketplace visibility and app-access controls continue to apply.
If Marketplace visibility through Ask AI is disabled for a sub-account, Ask AI will not surface Marketplace app recommendations to that user.
