With public API access, you can now go beyond the in-app controls and automate key operations:
  • Manage Agents & Actions
    – Create, update, and organize Conversations AI agents and their behaviors via API.
  • Retrieve Generation Data
    – Access logs and conversation history for reporting, compliance, or analytics across any conversation message.

Authentication Options
You can now authenticate using either of the following methods:
  • PIT (Personal Integration Token)
  • JWT (JSON Web Token)
    — previously the only supported method
Note:
When generating a token for API access, you can include one or both of the following scopes:
  • conversation-ai.readonly
  • conversation-ai.write
