Behind the Scenes: Built for Scale & Speed
This upgrade is powered by a high-performance image processing architecture designed to:
  • Analyze images in real time
  • Respond faster without blocking the conversation flow
  • Scale efficiently across multi-channel, high-volume environments
---
Why This Matters
  • Customers can now share product photos, screenshots, IDs, menus, receipts, and more—and receive meaningful replies.
  • Makes AI more helpful in visual use-cases like support, appointment scheduling, product queries, and document sharing.
  • Enhances bot intelligence by giving it the ability to understand images—not just text.
This is just the beginning and will unlock entirely new use cases and automation flows for Conversations AI.
