This powerful new feature empowers users to finely tune the personality and instructions of their bots within specific intents, providing a tailored & personalised conversational experience for their contacts.

Intent-Specific Prompts:
Users can now customize the prompt for each intent, ensuring that the bot's responses align with the context of the conversation.
  • Edit Personality:
    Tailor the personality of the bot to match the brand or desired tone. Is the bot you or your assistant? Are they formal or sarcastic? Tell the bot who it is and how it can meet its goals and things to keep in mind while talking to the contact.
  • Additional Instructions:
    Add specific instructions or guidance for the bot within each intent. Include Important Business info, why the conversation is happening, who the contact is, rules to follow, etc. Add anything you need the bot to know which will help it automate your conversations and respond to your contacts

Custom Values and Field Support:
Seamlessly integrate custom values and fields into the prompts to utilise existing CRM parts.

Templates:
Users have the flexibility to choose from from a set of predefined templates provided by us for prompt customization.

  • Choose from templates or reset prompts to default settings for added convenience.
