š¢ Conference Call Billing Updates
Effective 28th Feb 2025, We've made two key improvements to how Conference Calls are billed:
1ļøā£ Per-Call Billing
- Billing now happens immediately after each call, instead of being processed in bulk for multiple calls.
- This makes it easier to track and understand charges.
2ļøā£ Bug Fix: Accurate Regional Pricing
- Previously, due to a bug, all calls were charged using the default US region rate, even if a different region was used.
- This has now been corrected, and billing accurately reflects the actual conference region used.
š° Updated Regional Pricing (per participant per minute):
- US: $0.0018
- Dublin: $0.0025
- Tokyo: $0.0030
- Singapore: $0.0030
- Sydney: $0.0030
- SĆ£o Paulo: $0.0040
š Re-billing:
This change does not impact the markup assigned by the agencyāit will continue to be applied as before.With this fix, customers will now be charged correctly based on the region where the conference was hosted. šÆ
