We've made changes to our free credit utilization! Here's what you need to know:
📱 These credits are exclusively for SMS usage and cannot be used for other products such as LC Email, Content AI, LC Premium Actions, etc.
💰 Credits can only be used before the agency is connected to LC Phone or Twilio. Once connected, the Free Credits section will no longer be used and the section will not be displayed on the UI.

From Number Mismatch for Outbound Call:
We found that calls were being placed from a different number instead of the number assigned to the logged-in user. But no need to worry, we've sent a probable fix for this.

: When configuring a number on the phone numbers page, the info text of the feature previously stated "

". We've fixed this and updated the text to read "
Only applicable for Verified Phone Numbers. You can verify a phone number in Settings > Phone Numbers > Add a new Caller ID
