This update enhances the user experience by helping users understand the messaging ramp process, their current level, and steps to unlock higher limits.

Messaging Ramp Progress Card
Clear Messaging Ramp Overview: Users on the messaging ramp can now see a detailed, visual representation of their current level, locked levels, and future progression opportunities.
Current Level: Displays actionable instructions to progress to the next level (e.g., "Unlock Level 2 by sending 250 messages by Jan 10, 2025").
Locked Levels: Show upcoming levels with a lock icon and preview details for motivation.
Future Levels: Offer a sneak peek at the messaging capabilities available at higher levels.

Step-by-Step Guidance:
A dedicated tooltip and modal provide a comprehensive guide on the ramp-up process:
Send Current Limit: Fulfill your current daily limit to advance.
Temporary Block Notification: Understand the 24-hour block after reaching the limit, which is part of the ramp-up process.
Unlock Next Level: Learn how the daily SMS limit increases after completing the ramp-up requirements.

Dynamic Messaging Experience:
Upon reaching the highest level (Level 8), users will see a congratulatory card and guidance to contact the agency owner/admin for further upgrades.
For agency owners/admins: Both the Messaging Limit card and Messaging Ramp Progress card will be visible for better account management.
