Overview
We’re enhancing how billing is handled for lc-phone products like āœ‰ļø SMS, šŸ“ž Calls, šŸ“Š Usage categories, and other charge types by moving them to our centralized billing service.
This change creates a more unified and consistent billing experience. The new structure went live with a few agencies on May 16, and we’re happy to share that the
global rollout was completed on June 2
.
