✨ What’s New?

Domain management just got a major upgrade! All domains—whether used for Funnels, Websites, Stores, Webinars, Blogs, WordPress, Emails, Client Portals, or Branded Domains—are now accessible from a single, centralized Domains settings page within each sub-account.

Plus, the ‘Connect a Domain’ flow now supports more product types, including Email and WordPress, allowing for a seamless connection experience across the entire platform.

Centralized Management

View and manage all connected domains in one place via the Domains settings page.

Clear Categorization

Internal Domains – Purchased via HighLevel
External Domains – Connected from third-party providers

Comprehensive Overview

Instantly see domain names, subdomains, connected products, and whether any action is required.
For purchased domains, view status, expiry/renewal date, and auto-renew settings.
For external domains, gain visibility into current DNS provider and benefit from improved performance and security (where applicable).

Product Mapping

Drill down into each domain to see exactly which products (e.g., Funnels, Websites, Emails) are connected—and whether any domain or subdomain-specific action is needed.

🔑 How to Access the Centralized Domain Management System

Navigate to Sub-account Settings > Domains
From here, you can get bird-eye view of all domains that exists in the sub-account along with their sub-domains, connected products etc
Also, you can manage a domain to view details of the connected products and configure DNS records (applicable for internal domains)
Use the “Connect a Domain” button to add or link domains across supported products
