Cancel Ad manager subscription for sub-account in UI
š Whatās New?
- We've introduced a dedicated Subscription tab under Ad Manager settings to view the subscription details and manage the cancelation flow of Ad Manager subscription.
- An option to cancel the Ad Manager monthly subscription for a sub-account in the UI under Ad Manager settings.
- We have placed in a feedback collecting mechanism to gather valuable insights on what's not working well for sub-accounts w.r.t. Ad Manager.
š· How It Works:
- Ad Manager subscription details can be found under 'Ad Manager settings' by clicking on the gear icon present on top right of Ad Manager home screen.
- A dedicated subscription tab is present showing relevant details like, monthly charges and Subscription ID along with an option to cancel the subscription for the sub-account.
- On click of 'Cancel Subscription' button, a dialog opens up to collect feedback from the user on what went wrong leading to cancelation of Ad Manager subscription.
- In both the cases of successful and failed attempt at canceling the subscription, respective dialogs are shown.
ā Why it Matters:
- This will provide an easy execution of cancelation process for customers who do not wish to continue with their Ad Manager monthly subscription.
- A subscription cancelation process within the product setting saves valuable time of the end user and do not wait for ticket responses.
š Notes:
- In cases when user has published a campaign and it is undergoing review by the publishing platform, they will not be allowed to unsubscribe or cancel the subscription and an error dialog specifying the same message will be shown.
- Although rare but when user tries to cancel subscription and it fails, a failure dialog will be shown and user will be asked to raise a ticket with the support team.
