This allows businesses that primarily rely on the WhatsApp Business App to scale customer interactions with powerful Cloud API-enabled tools, all while keeping their existing app and phone number for seamless continuity.
With the Cloud API Solutions for WhatsApp Business App Users feature, businesses can integrate WhatsApp with their CRM to unlock capabilities like bulk messaging, automations, marketing templates āwhile still enjoying free 1:1 and group messaging through the WhatsApp Business mobile app.

š· How to Onboard:
- On the WhatsApp business App, connect your Facebook Business page
- Go to Settings>WhatsApp>Signup with Facebook
- Fill in your business information > Select business portfolio > Business name>Business website>Country
- Select how to onboard > Connect your existing WhatsApp Business app
- Add a phone number for WhatsApp > This is the number that people will see when they chat with you. It must match with your existing account to continue.
- Confirm or edit your WhatsApp Business account
- Share your contacts and chats > Look for a message from the official Facebook business account and tap Scan QR code
š Requirements
- Business must be registered in India, Mexico, Brazil, Indonesia, United States of America, Hong Kong, or Singapore.
- Latest version of WhatsApp Business App (version 2.24.17 or newer) is required.
- WhatsApp Business account must be linked to a Facebook Page.
- No previous integration with LeadConnector (if applicable, delete WABA account and sign up again).
