Automated receipts are now available for one-time invoices, recurring templates, and Text2Pay link payments. Send confirmation receipts as soon as an invoice is successfully paid by the contact or lead.
Customization Options:
Businesses can personalize the experience by setting a custom title for the receipt, choosing a prefix and start number for receipt numbers, and selecting a custom email template for sending receipts.
Receipt Delivery:
Receipts will be delivered as a PDF attachment to the contact's email using the selected template.
Custom Template Values:
Enhance your receipts with custom values available inside the email builder, allowing you to use a personalized template for sending receipts.
