Cancelled Appointments:
- The "View Appointment" option is now enabled for cancelled appointment activities.
- Users can now view and update the details of cancelled appointments from Conversations module.

- The activity title now reads as "Appointment Deleted" when an appointment is deleted.
- Users can view deleted appointments but cannot edit them.
