What is New?
- Developers can now opt for a new pricing model - Freemium. In this, developers can offer a free base plan for the app and higher plans for better capabilities.
- Users can seamlessly upgrade from any pricing plan, such as the free base plan, to a higher plan within the App Marketplace.
- New webhook event to notify developers when a user changes their plan
Why is this feature important?
The freemium model is an industry-wide proven pricing model and will enable developers to drive app installations.
