App Marketplace: Ability to rate & review a marketplace app

We have introduced the capability for users to provide ratings and reviews for marketplace apps.

What's New;

Users can now rate and review marketplace apps. All reviews undergo a review process before being approved. Once approved, reviews will be displayed in the app's review section and contribute to the app's average rating.
A reminder to submit a review is sent to the user who installed the app after 30 days of an active installation.
Approved reviews are visible on the app's review section and contribute to the app's average rating.
Developers can view reviews and respond to them in the reviews section of the marketplace.

Who Can Add Reviews:

Any agency users for agency app distribution.
Location admins and agency users part of the sub-location can add reviews for agency+location & location-only app distributions.

Restrictions:

To add a review for an app, the app must either be installed or uninstalled in the last 15 days.
Each user can provide only one valid review per app.
