Weāre excited to announce that
AI Studio projects can now be shared across sub-accounts and agencies using Snapshots.
This was one of the top-voted requests on the Ideas Board, and it is now available in the platform.
Whatās improved?
Previously, AI Studio projects could only be cloned from one sub-account to another. Sharing multiple projects across sub-accounts or agencies was a tedious, manual process.
With this update, agencies can now:
- Create snapshots of any location that includes multiple AI Studio projects
- Copy and share AI Studio projects across other sub-accounts
- Build templated AI Studio projects to speed up onboarding for new sub-accounts
- Reuse and share existing AI Studio setups more efficiently
How to use it:
- Go to the Agency Dashboard
- Navigate to Account Snapshots from the sidebar
- Click Create New Snapshot
- Select the sub-account and AI Studio projects you want to save in the snapshot
- Save the snapshot and either import it or create a new sub-account using it
This update should make it much easier for agencies to scale AI Studio workflows and onboard new clients faster. š
