We’re happy to introduce the functionality to use Template Library within Ad Manager to Create Ad Campaigns using templates and Upload existing campaigns to Template Library. This will ease the user flow by effectively using their existing high performing campaigns to be uploaded as templates and further use them to create new ad campaigns.
👀 What’s New?
  1. Empowering users to create new templates out of existing campaigns by uploading them to Template Library.
  2. Ability to create new ad campaigns using templates from template library, all within Ad Manager. This gives an additional option for users to create ad campaigns using templates or create one from scratch.
  3. Addition of Ad Manager tab in agency view Template Library section.
  4. Introduction of new "Objectives" filter within Template Library for Ad Manager tab.
👷 How It Works:
  1. Ad Manager tab in Template Library
  • In agency view, under Template Library section, an Ad Manager tab is added to see all the templates(Default, created by agency owner/user and the ones shared with the agency) specific to ad manager.
  • A new filter named, "Objectives" which is specific to Ad Manager is added to filters out the templates based on the campaign objectives: 'Lead Generation' and 'Website Traffic'. Going forward as and when new objectives will be added to the campaign creation flow, the same will be shown as filters in Template Library.
  1. Create campaigns using Ad Manager templates
  • In Ad Manager home screen, the existing "Create Campaign" button is made a dropdown with two options: 'Start from Scratch' and 'Ad Manager Templates'.
  • Click on 'Start from Scratch' and the existing flow to create an ad campaign begins.
  • Click on 'Ad Manager Templates' and a screen pops open to show all the templates.
  • User selects any one of the template to see a preview of the same and on click of 'Continue' the process of adding the template begins.
  • A campaign gets created with all the details pre-filled.
  1. Upload Campaign to Template Library
  • Out of the list of existing campaigns, user can choose to select any of the campaign to be used as a template.
  • Click on the ellipses of that campaign and select 'Upload to Template Library'.
  • A dialog pops open, fill in the template name and which category this template will belongs.
  • Click on 'Upload' and the campaign will be saved as a draft template.
  • On click of 'Upload', a screen showcasing the draft template opens up which can be modified if needed and saved as draft or can be published as a template.
⭐ Why it Matters:
  • Ease of Use
    - The introduction of templates in the campaign creation process further eases the process of creating a campaign by pre-filling all the information present in the template.
  • Remove duplication of effort
    - It considerably reduces the efforts put in by a user to create a replica of a campaign that's out-performing for one of the location and provides an easy way to create a template out of it and share it with other locations.
