Ad Manager: New and updated pricing plans
š T2 - New Feature
š„ Weāre super excited to share that we have launched new pricing plans for Ad Manager which will replace the existing 'Default Ad Manager' and 'Connect-Your-Own Meta BM' plans.
With the latest pricing plans, every sub-account is expected to have their own Meta Business Manager and ad accounts for it to be connected with HL Ad Manager and seamlessly publish ad campaigns with utmost ease.
A help article on how to create Meta Business Manager and Ad Account is available for reference. Link
š Whatās New?
- We've introduced new pricing plans replacing the existing ones to better cater the user needs as the feedbacks received were heavily inclined towards a simple and unified pricing models.
- 3 plans: Standard, Utility and Founder's Offer with charges to the agency as $10/sub-account/month, $97/month/unlimited sub-accounts and $970/year/unlimited sub-accounts respectively.
- The Standard Planis the default plan, i.e. even if the agency has not defined reselling of Ad Manager, a sub-account can subscribe to Ad Manager by paying $29/month to the agency where agency's profit is $19 and HL gets $10 for each sub-account.
- The Utility Plancosts the agency $97/month for unlimited campaigns across sub-accounts. The agency can set a price for sub-accounts to use Ad Manager, keeping all fees as profit, with no additional payment to HL.
- The Founder's Offerplan costs the agency $970/year for unlimited campaigns across sub-accounts with Ad Manager access. The agency sets a flat monthly fee for sub-accounts, keeping all payments as profit, with no further fees owed to HL.
š· How It Works:
- Go to Agency View
- Go to Reselling option in the sidebar menu
- In the core service, scroll down on the right side there is an option for Ad Manager
- By default we have the standard plan selected for all the agencies which can be upgraded by selecting a different pricing plan and making the necessary payments.
- When you opt to go with Utility or Founder's Offer plan by clicking on Upgrade, a pay wall is shown to you based on the payment option you choose; either $97/month or $970/yearrespectively. You need to enter your card details or if a card is saved, itāll be auto-filled and that amount is paid to HighLevel.
- Now as a next step you can build your resell offer, default is set at $29 for standard plan and $30 for the other two but it can be changed by the agency. At this price, all the sub-accounts can buy Ad manager from agency and start their campaigning journey.
- At the sub-account level, user will pay the amount defined by the agency to them and start using Ad Manager.
ā Why it Matters:
- This seemed to be the most sought after change by the agencies as it provides easy to understand and simple pricing structure.
- In order to increase user adoption, the hindrance of agency first selecting a plan and setting a reselling value for sub-account to use Ad Manager is mitigated with Standard plan being the default pricing plan.
šNotes:
- The existing logic of we creating a child BM for each sub-account that uses ad manager via 'Default Ad Manager' plan will cease to exist.
- A plan can be upgraded from standard to utility and standard to founder's but it cannot be downgraded at the moment.
- Once agency set a price for a sub-account to use Ad Manager and they subscribe to it, you can't change it for that sub-account. However, you can adjust the price for new sub-accounts. Existing sub-accounts will keep paying the same price they first agreed to.
- If the agency is on the standard plan, even though you want to give Ad Manager for free to any sub-account, an amount of $10 will be charged to the agency by HL.
Special Note:
An important update on the migration of active 'Default Ad Manager' users to $29 plan:
- As part of this release, the last leg is to migrate the existing 'Default Ad Manager' users to new pricing plan. The implementation to do the same is as follows-
- All existing agencies which are on 'Default Ad Manager' will be moved to the "Standard Plan" of Ad Manager to begin with and when agency defines Reselling for ad manager then whatever plan is selected will be applicable for their sub-accounts who havenāt already subscribed.
- The sub-accounts which have active campaignsrunning with HL Ad Manager as of today will be given a free $29 plan till 1st Jan, after that they'll be shown a paywall every month to continue the subscription and agency starts making $19 after Jan 1st.
- Their campaigns will exist within Ad Manager but will be paused, they just need to complete the onboarding process again and connect their own BM/ad account with an active payment. Once that's done, they can activate their paused campaign and go about it.
- This change ensures that the card on file will be saved with Meta and the same will be charged to run any campaign.
