We're offering CEU courses and need a way to report on the following data:

Contact Full Name, Course Title, Issue Date

Ideally we'd be able to add a custom field to this as well. We have a field called "certification number" that's used by the certification board.

While we can copy from the Issued Certificates table for now, we anticipate having too many records to make this feasible. Ideally we'd like an export button that exports the visible data, but also as much relevant customer data as possible (it's easier to delete from the exported results than try to add in missing data).
