I keep testing the certificate function for my course. The Certificate has been created and attached to the course. I have tested several emails and I still haven't experienced the certificate pop-up window in the course area that Debbi Starr Dybevik shared with me.
Any suggestions? I removed the "offer" from the contacts , then added it back to test.
Questions:
1) Will there be an automatic workflow that directly emails certificate to member at completion of each course?
2) Is there currently a way to embed certificate in an email template with custom fields and create a workflow to download certificate.
3) Also, will certificates be accessible to view in Client portal and download at later time?

Hi Avianca Small
You should ideally get your certificate once the course is completed via mail. If that's not the case please raise a ticket with a loom and relevant details.
Also, to answer your questions -
- Yes we will have an automatic workflow that directly emails certificate to member at completion of each course?
- You can send a certificate by adding the email from the Send button inside the builder, irrespective of whether it is linked to a course or not
- Yes, that is WIP and should be out by end of March.

RevEx Group I finally figured out why my certificates were not firing. The Custom value that I used for "date now" "year now" were incorrect. I needed to use {{membership.currentDate}}.
