Right now, gift cards can only be used as a code/discount during an online checkout. Many of my clients are physical stores, so they need a way to accept a gift card in person and mark it as “used” (redeemed) when the customer pays at the counter.

Ideally, this would be a simple Redeem / Mark as Used action inside HighLevel (web and mobile app), where staff can enter or search the gift card code and redeem it instantly.

QR code could be a nice secondary option: adding a QR code to the gift card/certificate would make scanning faster, but the key need is being able to redeem the gift card inside HighLevel for in-store payments.

This would:

Allow local businesses to accept gift cards offline/in-store, not only online

Reduce fraud and reuse of codes

Create a smoother checkout experience for staff and customers
