Certificate Awarded E-mail template not able to be seen/changed/turned off

When a user receives a certificate via email, that template is nowhere to be seen to turn off or to change. This makes it impossible to localize the language, remove the default logo on it, nor turn it off so an automation can handle the task. Urgent for localization for my customers

We need to be able to edit the email notification to structure the wording as we see fit. Also to be able to set the email from name, and/or from address. My tests have the name 'reply' coming up as the From Name, which means people are likely to ignore it.

For some reason, the email hits our client's inbox and the download link is invisible, making Certificates a pain to use.

I was just working on a certification program in Ukrainian, and figured there is no way to customize the email template. Would be fantastic if we could create an email template, just like for any other use case, so we can customize the content and language of it.
