Tracking calls manually

We have sales reps who often receive calls in and call out using their mobile number (not a GHL number) and therefore no call record is taken on GHL against the relevant contact. Can there be a way to log calls manually as a record against the contact conversation?
Currently the only way to log this is on the notes section but when we pull our daily call report it may show that a rep has only made 5 calls when in fact they have completed another 10 on their mobile.

HI Ed! We just launched our GHL integration fro Salestrail and our solution allows you to track (and record) regular cell calls (SIM calls) into Gohighlevel. YOu can auto-log Whatsapp calls as well. You can find Salestrail on the marketplace and test it out.

Please. It's about time they figure this out. Every other CRM that “competes” with GHL has it. Clientify, ActiveCampaign (AC), Zoho CRM HubSpot, and more. Please review this table

Roger Hernández Test out Salestrail. We can auto-log calls from your Android into GHL. You can find us on the GHL marketplace. The nice thing is that you use your native dialer on your phone and the call is picked up in the background and logged under the right gontact in GoHighLevel. We got a lot of requests from GHL users about this so we made a native integration (previously people were using APIs).

Maria Sundström there is no application with that name.

Maria Sundström thank you. We have already installed it and are testing it. We noticed some errors or inconsistencies since the calls are reflected in the CRM at the wrong time. We also suggest that a minimum of seconds of connection can be configured to report the call as connected, so those that arrive in voicemail are not recorded as connected

We are new to Go High Level and just learned this. It looks like this request is years old? How is this not a core feature?

I thought GHL would do this out of the box. Assumed once I hit call from a contact in the mobile app that it would direct to a post call process, or at the very least make some sort of activity report to the contact. Seems it does that if using an integrated number, but not from a cell phone call. Everyone uses their mobile numbers for just about everything these days. Not having a direct process for this is a huge hindrance to adoption.

Upvote. This is a core functionality and is highly needed. Does anyone have a workaround until GHL can get around to building this? Vladimir Sekelj can you share details on your automation?

To alleviate (a bit) this problem, I created an automation and a specific “Call Result” field. This creates a timestamp note that I need to complete. This feature also seems essential to me!

Yes this is a big issue for me as well, I almost bailed on High Level because of it as so many of my sales reps get calls from desk phones, front office, or their mobile. While I love the option for it to be all in the app and with twillio, this is something that I may not want to set up right away and I have multiple properties coming online. PLEAS ADD/FIX. :) Also...Twillio doesn't even have any (480) area code numbers available...so that's a no go for me currently.

This is huge, and so simple you would think it's a basic feature. This needs to be added ASAP
