Currently, the default contact method in the contact view is SMS, followed by Email. For users who primarily use Email or prefer it over SMS, it would be beneficial to allow the default contact method to be set based on user preference. This feature would improve workflow efficiency and enhance user experience by enabling customization of the default communication method.

With the new Contact View, SMS is the default response method if a contact has a phone number. This is super annoying as we typically interact with our clients via email so now we have to switch to email every time. Please add a setting to set a default communication method.
