There are times where a number is flooded with unwanted calls or was used by a different business before we buy them into a number pool. Other call tracking services allows the user to simply swap numbers inside the number pool easily without having to create a brand new one and have to change all of the scripts. It should be a simple solution that would greatly improve the user experience, since now that I will need to buy an entire number pool just to replace a single phone number that is getting too many spam callers.

I can;t even use the DND feature since the spam calls are all coming from different numbers.
