Please add quick-action buttons directly beside each contact’s name or phone number in the Smart List view:

ST — Spoke To

LM — Left Message

NA — No Answer

When clicked, the button should immediately record the call result without opening the contact record.

Required behavior

ST updates the contact’s Last Spoke To date and Last Activity date.

LM and NA update the Last Call Attempt date but do not change the Last Spoke To date.

Allow a short note to be added directly from the list when needed.

Keep the process to one click, or two clicks when adding a note.

Why this is needed

During a calling session, I may call 30 contacts in a row. I need to quickly record who answered, who received a voicemail, and who did not answer without opening every contact.

This would also let me sort contacts by Last Spoke To date, so I can call the people I have not actually spoken with in the longest amount of time first.
