I would like to request the option to monitor a live call or barge option for supervisor or manager. This was a standard feature on ViciDial which was our last dialer we used.

We need a feature for sales executives to get into active running calls to coach sales people. Look for example on close.com they have a feature where you can get into a call without talking to the prospect and still talking to the sales rep.

Please create ability for admin or user with permission such as team leader to listen to live agent calls, whisper coaching to the agent without customer hearing, barge in to take over the call when needed. This is standard for phone systems that are optimzed for conversion. Thank you.
